Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or other purchase options. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be securely stored and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery.

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the frequency you select until you cancel them.

You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your subscription management portal. Links to manage your subscription are provided in your order confirmation and subscription emails.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, please make changes or cancel your subscription before that shipment is processed. Once an order has been processed, roasted, or entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or modify that individual shipment.

Subscription discounts apply to eligible subscription purchases only and may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate fulfillment.

We may collect full payment, a partial payment, or store your payment method for future charging, depending on the pre-order terms presented at checkout.

You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we may authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have the period specified at checkout to decide whether to keep the item.

If you do not return the item within the specified period, your payment method will be charged the full purchase price.
