Valle Verde beans from Peru's high-altitude Andes deliver a sophisticated coffee experience rooted in terroir and tradition. Cultivated between 1,600–2,100 meters using heritage varietals—Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Pache, and Typica—these beans are meticulously processed through full washing and sun-drying before arriving at our Vancouver roastery. Our roast profile unlocks a harmonious cup with cocoa and vanilla undertones, complemented by subtle herbal notes and a vibrant citrus brightness. The result is a well-rounded, approachable coffee with enough complexity to reward careful tasting, yet smooth enough for everyday enjoyment.
